Field Services & Transformer Oil Treatment

Items repaired include electrical and electro mechanical assemblies, pumps, coolers, fan, valves and gauges. Transformer oil degasification removes moisture, particulate and gaseous contaminants by pumping oil through a vacuum filtration system. The Transformer oil Purification process is also used to ensure to ensure that all moisture is purged from a transformer during installation or relocation. Transformer oil Regenration process is also used to remove acid, sludges and corrosive sulphur. After the test program is completed, a test report is compiled and submitted to our customer. The test report presents the actual data taken at the customer's site and the results of any calculated values. Out of specification conditions are highlighted and maintenance recommendations are presented.
